Hi-yah, peoples! So I've been staring at my to-do list all day and feeling really bummed that I havith so much to do. Don't get me wrong; I love doing trades and stuff for you guys, and it's my own fault that I have to do so many prizes. I'm a contest addict lol. Anyway, I feel so guilty that I should be working on all my stuff but I'm just not in the mood. Plus my stupid scanner's not working, (and hasn't been, for the past month), and since half the stuff I need to do is done, just in traditional form, I'm screwed. And I am so sorry, for the huge wait! You are the greatest sport ever; I owe you a million hugs!!!

In addition to all this is my latest, and hopefully most long-term, project, The Turning. It's going to be a book, (no, not a series!), about a starbending blue lynx named Stelli, who has to save the Earth, and all the ones she loves, from an invisible evil called the Phell, which attacks from the inside... I'm really into it; I think this could be the idea I really use! Thanks to for her contest's inspiration!

On that note, I've been feeling a little glum lately, (probably just summer blues. ), so, to liven things up, I've decided to hold a non-WARRIORS related contest! *gasp* Yet another contest! Where is my logical thinking when I need it!? Well, I'm holding it anyway!

I call it... xBramblestarx's Turning Contest! And it works like this:

The task is very simple: Create a character for me to use in The Turning as a friend to Stelli. The character should be different in some way. How? It's up to you. Please don't color the character in unusual colors! The character must be one of the following:
Cat (meaning some form of wild cat)
Bird (including owls, eagles, etc.)
Otter (River otter)
Raccoon
Beaver
Mouse or Rat

You can pretty much get creative with the character you make, but please don't give it too much background. (NOTE: "Background" does not mean "personality". :3) If you do, I may have to adapt it to fit the story. Entries must be in by July 25th!!! Good luck! ^.^

Prizes: (this time, all prizes are manips! )

First Place: Manip of two characters, WARRIORS or your own, with two backgrounds, a border, and/or decorative brushes. Will also be resized as an ID for you to use if you want.

Second Place: Manip of a character, WARRIORS or your own, with one background and a thin border. Can be resized as an avvie if you want.

Third Place: Manip of a WARRIORS character with one background and light decorative brushes.
